Hola, intento entrar en opciones del gestor de usuarios y me envia una pagina en blanco error "HTTP ERROR 500" con esta URL

La url es del backend de tu sitio y no es accesible de manera pública.
Revisa si tienes un archivo en la ruta de tu sitio web /administrator/error_log , envía los errores recientes que te aparecen en ese archivo.

Hola Domingo.
Los avisos son de fecha 16 de marzo por lo que a fecha de hoy esos errores tienen que estar ya solucionados.
¿ Tienes pendiente alguna actualización de joomla ?

No hay nada pendiente, de todas formas estoy preparndo una instalacion limpia de joomla,

Hola de nuevo reabro este tiket porque estoy intentando hacer una migracion de datos y me encuentro que tengo problemas porque no puedo entrar no solo en la configuracion d4el gestor de contactos tambien en las opciones de extensiones (donde se instala) y tambien en opciones del componente jupgradepro que es el que estoy intentando utilizar por lo que no puedo configurarlo de forma adecuada y me da error.
El error mostrado es
Fatal error: Call to a member function getFieldsets() on boolean in /home/ruthmon2/public_html/administrator/components/com_config/view/component/html.php on line 57

No puse que la linea 57 es esta:
$this->fieldsets = $form->getFieldsets();
esto es lo que tiene por encima:
// Bind the form to the data.
if ($form && $component->params)
{
$form->bind($component->params);
}
$this->fieldsets = $form->getFieldsets();
Lo he comprobado con el mismo archivo de una instalacion que funciona y esta igual.

Hola encontre el problema era de la version de PHP, se ha bajado a la anterior y resuelto.
