cuando inento instala una extension (zopim) sale este mensaje envio captura

tambien intenete instalar otro virtuermark y sale el mismo mensaje saludos.

¿En que cuenta de tu Reseller te pasa?

Como te hemos indicado anteriormente el error JFolder::create está causado "siempre" por permisos incorrectos o rutas incorrectas.
