problemas con el visual responsive de producto

Buenas tardes, estoy teniendo

de mi página web. Hay algunos productos que se visualizan correctamente, pero otros la imagen del producto se queda más arriba y se junta con el Header, siendo la misma plantilla, esto no debería de ocurrir y todas deberían tener la misma altura (adjunto captura por si no se entiende)

Desde el soporte de Elementor Pro me comentan que debo hablar con vosotros sobre la siguiente cuestión:

What we can suggest for the next step is to clear the cache within server / hosting side, if you have any CDN try to deactivate it for the meantime.

After doing so, try to visit the site on incognito first to see if the same behavior still appears.
