Fibosearch devuelve una respuesta incorrecta a las llamadas AJAX del motor de búsqueda.

Buenas tardes,

Acabo de configurar el plugin Fibosearch PRO en mi web y recibo el siguiente mensaje (además noto que el bsucador es muy lento en empezar a mostrar resultados):

The server returns an incorrect response for the search engine's AJAX calls

Server response with message and status code .

What's wrong?

The search uses a dedicated URL to make queries. In your case, this URL is blocked for some reason. Visit it directly in your browser:

https://www.bricoclick.es/wp-content/plugins/ajax-search-for-woocommerce-premium/includes/Engines/TNTSearchMySQL/Endpoints/search.php?dgwt_wcas_ping=1

You should see the pong word as a response. Probably you see something else.

Solutions

1. Think about what can block the execution of PHP scripts inside wp-content or wp-content/plugins directory. Maybe you use some security plugins or you have custom code that may block it.
2. Maybe your server blocks it with the Apache module mod_security. Contact your hosting provider and ask what might block the URL you see above
