Buenos días.
Ayer tenía un problema con la visión de mi wordpress. Se solucionó gracias al foro. el problema es que ahora veo las páginas en firefox pero en Chrome si veo la página principal, pero no veo alguna de las otras páginas. sin embargo lo raro es que el footer, si lo veo. La verdad es un poco raro, ayer juraría que se veía bien. La home page si se ve pero al dar en una página(nosotros, contacto...) se queda en blanco.
Además creo que está muy lenta, me gustaría que me comentáseis como puedo hacer que vaya más rápido.

Hemos encontrado los siguientes ficheros que ocupan más de 10 MB, si tiene problemas de espacio es posible que quiera bajarlos a su equipo y eliminarlos del servidor:

Vemos que tiene más de 10 plugins instalados en su Wordpress, le recomendamos desactivar los que no utilice y finalmente desinstalarlos cuando haya verificado que no los necesita.
Conseguirá aumentar el rendimiento de su Wordpress y mejorará la experiencia de los usuarios que visiten su web.
Atención!! Vemos que no tiene habilitadas las reglas de protección de ataques por fuerza bruta a su Wordpress y tampoco vemos que tenga protegido su wp-login.php vía .htaccess. Tendría que proteger su fichero wp-login.php añadiendo el código adecuado al fichero /home/akhealth/public_html/.htaccess.

Si su IP se bloquea o quiere revisar el estado de su cuenta de hosting realice los siguientes pasos:
Acceda a su Área de Cliente https://www.webempresa.com/areacliente.php y pulse en 'Crear Ticket', le permite usar el Asistente Virtual Stephan, pulse en 'Pedir una revisión automática a Stephan', escoja la cuenta de hosting que quiere revisar y pulse en 'Revisar Cuenta', al cabo de unos 30 segundos le mostrará el resultado del análisis y si no resuelve su problema podrá crear un nuevo ticket pulsando en la parte inferior en 'Quiero crear un nuevo Ticket'.

Veo tu sitio web correctamente en ambos navegadores, el tema es que demora en mostrarse, por ejemplo al entrar a :

Se ve correctamente tanto en firefox como en chrome, aunque demora un poco, ahora el tema de por que demora , es evidentemente por las imágenes, he revisa las imágenes que cargas y hay dos puntos que debes considerar:
1- Tienen extensión .png, la cual es una extensión usuada para imágenes más pequeñas y con transparencias, además tu imagen no la justifica , es mejor usar .jpg en tus imágenes
2- Tus imágenes no estas optimizadas, por ejemplo he visto imágenes de más de 800kb, esto es incorrecto, tus imágenes deben ser menos de 100kb , incluso podrías optimizarlos a que sean <50kb, usa un programa gráfico para esto y luego sube nuevamente tus imágenes.
