1. ¿Hiciste copia de seguridad con XCloner u otro medio antes de realizar el cambio de tema?.
2. La recomendación para este tipo de cambios, es primero probar en una copia de la web, en otra carpeta, para asegurarte que el cambio funcionará y que no dejarás tu web inaccesible.
3. Dispones de una herramienta para comprobar el estado de tu cuenta que revisa la mayoría de problemas habituales que puedes tener con el hosting.

Accede a tu Área de Cliente y pulsa en "Crear Ticket", verás una nueva pantalla que te permite usar el nuevo Asistente Virtual Stephan, pulsa en "Pedir una revisión automática a Stephan", escoge la cuenta de hosting que quieres revisar y pulsa en "Revisar Cuenta", al cabo de unos 30 segundos aproximadamente te mostrara el resultado del análisis y si no resuelve tu problema podrás crear un ticket pulsando en la parte inferior en "Quiero crear un nuevo Ticket".

Una vez obtengas el reporte indícanos que errores te muestra para que te indiquemos.

He hecho una revisión anterior. En principio cuando trabajo con otras páginas no hay problema solo con la homepage. He realizado anteriormente una copia con x cloner.

Vemos que tiene más de 10 plugins instalados en su Wordpress, le recomendamos desactivar los que no utilice y finalmente desinstalarlos cuando haya verificado que no los necesita.

Conseguirá aumentar el rendimiento de su Wordpress y mejorará la experiencia de los usuarios que visiten su web.

Atención!! Vemos que no tiene habilitadas las reglas de protección de ataques por fuerza bruta a su Wordpress y tampoco vemos que tenga protegido su wp-login.php vía .htaccess. Tendría que proteger su fichero wp-login.php añadiendo el código adecuado al fichero /home/akhealth/public_html/.htaccess.

Hola Santi,

¿Puedes desde tu cPanel, Administrador de Archivos, navegar a la carpeta /wp-content/plugins y localizar la carpeta "designthemes-core-features" y renombrarla, por ejemplo a designthemes-core-features_old y luego probar si sigue en blanco (error 500) tu web?.
