la dirección de mi página me da error 500, al poner el ticket me han contestado lo siguiente:

No se cómo arreglarlo, he consultado las respuestas del foro pero no se corresponden con mi problema, o al menos yo no las entiendo.
Si consulto en internet el error 500 me dice que es un problema del servidor.
Puedo entrar al backend. Por favor es urgente,

Veo que el componente de búsqueda si funciona correctamente en tu sitio web, por ejemplo en la siguiente url:
Contenido solo visible a usuarios registrados
Para tus estadísticas mejor manéjalas con google analtyics de esta manera evitas sobrecargar con modulos adicionales tu sitio.
