Hosting WordPress 70% dto Dominios promo

Redireccionar a dominio con www

Buenas tardes,

Queremos hacer que el dominio nuestraempresa.es vaya a parar a www. nuestraempresa.es
Ahora mismo da una pagina de error

Hemos mirado en el foro webempresa y hemos hecho lo que indica en el archivo .htaccess
pero no acaba de funcionar

Hemos añadido las lineas

RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^nuestraempresa.es
RewriteRule ^ http://www.nuestraempresa.es%{REQUEST_URI} [L,R=301]

despues de la siguiente linea:
RewriteEngine On

Nos pueden ayudar, ya que no funciona.

Hola,

Veo que no has puesto el código correcto, en concreto después del RewriteRule. El correcto sería el siguiente:

RewriteEngine On 
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^nuestraempresa.es 
RewriteRule (.*)  http://www.nuestraempresa.es/$1  [R=301,L]

Hola !

He puesto el codigo indicado en lugar del que teniamos, pero tampoco funciona.
Copio el contenido del .htaccess por si puede ayudar a localizar el error ?

Hola Joaquin

Coloca el código de redirección al inicio del archivo .htaccess

Asegúrate de que el archivo .htaccess que estas modificando se encuentre en la carpeta correcta, esto en caso de tener varios dominios en la misma cuenta de hosting.

Si sigues con problemas envía una captura de pantalla de la ruta en donde estas modificando el archivo .htaccess, también puedes enviar el archiv .htaccess comprimido y renombrado como adjunto

Hola Joaquim,

A veces puede suceder que el código no funciona porque no está al inicio del fichero. Prueba a mover las líneas al inicio.

Hola Joaquim,

No te funciona por que saci.es no apunta al hosting que tienes contratado con nosotros, sino a otro proveedor.

Las DNS del dominio apuntan a otro proveedor, y debes haber cambiado el registro A que corresponde a www para que apunte a la ip 178.33.119.41, pero no has cambiado el registro A sin www.
